The simplest solution is to book on British Airways because you have to deal with the same company from Paris to Lusaka. You thus have only a single check-in of your weapon to be made in Paris.

You have to indicate absolutely during your booking or at least 10 days before that you will travel with a firearm. The agents of the airline company have to make a statement at the local authorities for the transport of your weapon.

Zambian side, we shall take charge with obtaining you your temporary import licence. It is necessary to count 15 days for the obtaining of this licence.
